At least for Mailer, until 1.2 title bar was something like:

        Ximian Evolution VERSION - FOLDERNAME

then I suggested excluding version info, and thankfully it was accepted.
Now as of 1.5, very useful folder name part was removed too.

Now I suggest the title bar to look something like:

        FOLDERNAME - Evolution VIEWNAME

VIEWNAME, as you know, is either mail, tasks, calendar or contacts. I agree
the name "Ximian" just looks good there, but makes the title longer, so can
be removed, IMHO.

The view name and icon are there and correct now.

Should also show # of new messages in the folder if it's the mail
component.

we can't do any of this - folder name, or number of messages, wihtout
additional api in the shell.

we shoul dprobably punt this.

as discussed with gerardo on irc 55410 seems like a subset of 60354 - 
marking as a dup because 60354 already has patches attached.
