Evolution not indenting bulleted lists from Outlook 2003

Description of Problem: Created an html email in Outlook 2003 using the eclipse theme with an indented bulleted list. In Evolution the bulleted items are not indented. This bug occured with snapshots built before the new-ui branch was merged. Also note that the first line of the message is displayed fairly far down in the message window.
Text Indent and margin properties are specified using CSS in Outlook. GtkHTML doesn't support CSS. Marking as duplicate. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 247564 ***
