Description of Problem:
When I right click on an appointment, the "cut"
and "copy" menu options are greyed out and I can't
select them.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. right click on an appointment
2. 
3. 

Actual Results:
"cut" and "copy" can't be selected

Expected Results:
"cut" or "copy" the appointment to then "paste" it
some other day

How often does this happen? 
Always

Additional Information:
Evolution 1.4.3 on XD2 on RH 7.3.
This used to work with Evolution 1.2.4, XD1.4, on
the same RH 7.3 before upgrading to XD2.
I asked on the ximian-users list and was told that
it works on RH8.0, but this 7.3 box is all I have
to test on.

copying an appointment insert it as plain text - this is the same bug 
since it seems that wrapper for the appointment is missing. see also 
bug 216803.

this is fixed in day view; however in week view if i paste it to
another day, the time is set totally wrong. :-/

retargetting to 2.3, changing subject.
