GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 244701
All link text can't be displayed in HTML format message
Last modified: 2005-09-27 20:01:28 UTC
[Testing Environment] SLEC RC1; Gnome 2.2 RC1 Evolution 1.4 RC1 [Repro Steps] 1. Launch "Evolution" and new a message; 2. Insert a image or just insert link with plain text; 3. When you insert link, please add some link text; 4. Send out this message to yourself; 5. Open it when you get it; 6. Move mouse over the link; [Bug] There is no text display; [Expect Result] The text you typed in "Link Text" should be displayed followed your cursor;
if I understand this correctly, it's a gtkhtml editor bug?
there isn't anything like "link text" in 2.3.5.1 anymore for text links, but it still exists for image links. i posted about this issue at bug 264453, there also also heavy bugs when choosing images as links, see bug 310585 about that. can only retest this one here after bug 310585 being fixed.
Is this still valid ?
seems like the dialog for inserting a link does not contain a link text textfield anymore, closing as fixed. thanks, ksh.
