Description of Problem:


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. We assume calendar loop from 1969--2038(see the "go to" dialog in calendar
2. Try to move to 2038
3. Try to move to 1969

Actual Results:
Try to move over 2038,calender skip 1970
but move over 1969,I could go to 1968...until 1900 and skip to 1969

Expected Results:
It's should be loop from 1969 to 2038

How often does this happen?

one also can't skip to any day in 2038 (was: bug 244381) and entering a 
year before 1969 in GoToDate-function does not work (was: bug 240529).

Works fine now in 2.22.3.1 on Ubuntu. I can enter dates outside the 1969-2038 range and move the calendar to these dates as well.
