Synopsis: Full Name options in contacts is missing a field
Bugzilla-Product: Evolution
Bugzilla-Component: Contacts [was: Addressbook]

Description:
Description of Problem:
In contacts, the full name of a person consists out of Title, Name,
Surname, second name, last name and something called ' achtervoegsel' in
the dutch version. I am missing an important field. in Dutch, names
consist of mostly two, but sometimes three components, namelijk the
first name, the last name and something we call een tussenvoegsel.
Example: "Piet van de Berg" Piet is the first name, Berg is last name
and 'van de" is the tussenvoegsel. These are always written without
capitals and are placed behind the last name and first name when sorting
on last name. Like so:
"Berg, Piet van de"

I would like it very much if you would provide such a field (maybe
optional for the Dutch version?)

thank you!

ok, still missing in 2.0.3.
adding "i18n" keyword, as a workaround it would make sense to just put
the tussenvoegsel to the end of the firstname.
