Description:
Description of Problem:
Evolution exits without a prompt on Control-Q.  Since Evolution has a
longish startup time, this is decidedly inconveninent

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Start Evolution
2. Go to Inbox window
3. Press Control-Q

Actual Results:
Evolution exits without warning.

Expected Results:
(Optional) Dialog box appears, "Exit Evolution? yes/no"

How often does this happen?
Always

Additional Information:
This definitely should be configurable, and probably default to current
behavior
