Description Gregory Leblanc 2003-01-08 21:19:52 UTC
Description of Problem:
Creating a vFolder with "#" in the name doesn't work correctly. The
vFolder is created, but you cannot select the vFolder. This vfolder was
created when I selected "Create vFolder from subject".

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. get mail with "#" in the subject
2. create a vfolder from the subject
3. select the new vFolder

Actual Results:
previously selected folder is still selected

Expected Results:
vFolder is selected, and messages displayed. Alternatively, creation of
the vFolder could be prevented with a message saying that there are invalid
characters in the name.

How often does this happen?
always

this is fixed in 2.1.3.2, did what you described and everything as
expected; also after restarting evolution.
related to bug 243201.
