Description of Problem:
Characters like the norwegian æøå are not displayed right in the window
that are used to add adderesses to a list.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Contacts
2. New -> Contact list
3a. Drag a name with eg "ø" in it to the list
3b. Type in something like "Kåre Nilsen <kaare@nilsen.no>".

Actual Results:
ISO-encoded adderess (drag'n'drop) or spaces (typing)

Expected Results:
The actual characters.

How often does this happen? 
All the time.
