If the editor recognizes a string as being a URL, it shouldn't try
to spell-check it, since (a) it's likely to find "misspellings" even if
the URL is correct, and (b) the red and blue just clash terribly! ;-)

(although, I think there's another bug somewhere suggesting that it
should try pinging URLs and marking them "misspelled" if the host
doesn't resolve or the request returns a 404, etc)
