Description Robert Walsh 2002-02-25 04:35:48 UTC
Description of Problem:

gtkhtml's spell checking tries to spellcheck URLs. When composing an
email, entering something like http://www.foofie.com/ will cause the spell
checker to highlight 'foofie' as a mispelling. Of course it is, but it
shouldn't matter in an URL, as they often contain mispellings. Please fix
it so that URLs are ignored by the spellchecker.

How often does this happen?

All the time.
