Description Jens Knutson 2002-04-06 21:05:38 UTC
Description of Problem:

from this CNET article:

http://home.cnet.com/software/0-8888-8-9161160-1.html

Item 10, from the article:

"10. Easy-access message templates
Look, we all send e-mail messages that amount to little more than form
letters: "No, thanks, we don't cover oil-drilling equipment here at CNET";
"Thank you, I'll see you soon"; that kind of thing. So why not turn those
generic notes into message templates? We'd love a right-click option that
lets you save an outgoing message as a template and another right-click
feature called Reply With Template that lets you respond to a new message
with a template choice from a pop-up dialog."

Yet another nice feature for people who get a lot of crap mail.
