If a storage is destroyed, the shell should also destroy the views
of any folders in that storage.

This might break some things in the current code? (Like how if you
delete an IMAP server while viewing a folder on that server, you're
left with a view of a folder that no longer exists. Then again, maybe
this would fix that case...)
