Description Dan Winship 2002-02-07 20:33:17 UTC
There is no way for a contact backend to tell the ui that a given
book no longer exists (eg, if the user unconfigures a backend).

In particular, if the ui has a view open for a given URI, and the
user reconfigures things such that that URI now refers to a different
object, there is no way for the ui to realize that its cached view
is invalid.

fixed in 2.0: removing a source will remove the ui
