if i have the sender in my contacts but the email address is different
of what i have in his/her contact "Add email address to a Contact" or
another words....and then appears a window where i select the contact

Comment 1 Jorge Salinas 2001-12-03 13:32:43 UTC
this would be nice...to have more than one option when u right click
over an email address...not just to add it to ur contact list, but to
add it to an already created contact....
The same would be nice about the vfolder and filters....when u try to
modify one of them, u have to copy and paste the data...

thanks
Comment 2 Luis Villa 2001-12-18 15:05:51 UTC
Very, very wishlist.
Comment 3 Chris Lahey 2001-12-18 15:31:46 UTC
This is already done for addressbook. I discovered it the other day.
Comment 4 Jorge Salinas 2001-12-18 17:46:52 UTC
Chris....where?...how?...
Comment 5 trow 2001-12-18 19:21:32 UTC
If you add a contact to the addressbook via a right-click, and if you
already have a contact in there with the same name but with a
different e-mail address, it should give you the option of adding the
new e-mail to the existing contact.

Comment 6 Jorge Salinas 2001-12-18 19:29:16 UTC
that's right...and i haven't found that option...so i don't think it's
resolved...=)
Comment 7 Gerardo Marin 2003-01-02 18:41:16 UTC
It should be automatic. Works for me...

Comment 9 André Klapper 2004-04-14 13:20:16 UTC
works fine for me (evo1.4.4-54); also regarding this as a dup of bug
211082. double-closing(TM).
