Description of Problem:
It should be possible to empty the "Trash" from a context menu... ideally
from the "Folders" pane.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Right click on "Trash" in the "Folders" pane.

Actual Results:
Standard folder options.

Expected Results:
An "Empty Trash" option.
