Description of Problem:
 When I import GnomeCard contanct list with Korean names, evolution doesn't
display their names properly.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Add Korean names to GnomeCard addressbook.
2. Import them to Evolution.

Actual Results:
 Names are shown as garbled text.

Expected Results:
 Should display Korean names properly.
