Description Matt 2001-09-10 15:11:58 UTC
Description of Problem:
Would it be possible on the columns, a way to
apply the columns to all folders? I have over 50
folders, and currently, I would have to go through
each one and set my preference for my columns. It
would be nice to have a way, to apply a global
setting to all columns.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.
2.
3.

I agree.
What about a button "Set Default" in the "customize current view"
dialog (option when right clicking a column header)?
Comment 2 Luis Villa 2001-11-12 18:02:06 UTC
Fairly sure that this is actually a dup, marten... if you could take a
bit to find the original I'd appreciate it. If you can't find it,
please poke me in channel, as this is definitely something I'd love to
see for 1.1.

Comment 4 Luis Villa 2001-11-26 17:03:49 UTC
Because of the decision to remap 1.1->1.2 and 1.2->1.4, I'm going to be
moving a large number of bugs around in the bugzilla. You can just
search on 'body contains' 'Because of the decision to remap' and mark
all as read. Please direct all questions about this change to
evolution@ximian.com, not the bug.

Aack! sorry, didn't mean to mark this just now. A typing mishap.

Reopening.
Comment 7 Jeffrey Stedfast 2001-12-06 01:35:56 UTC
this is a dup of another 1.2 bug that is listed prior to this one (if
that helps) when listing in order of id.
Comment 8 Jeffrey Stedfast 2002-01-22 19:52:10 UTC
if this is to be part of the "customize current view" dialog, wouldn't
this bug be a gal bug then?

clahey: comments? suggestions?

Re-assigning to Clahey.
