Description Steven M. Castellotti 2001-08-24 20:22:38 UTC
Please fill in this template when reporting a bug, unless you know what you
are doing.
Description of Problem:

If you are viewing an email message in a window (by double-clicking the
message) and a new message arrives, the view of the message will reset, and
you'll have to move the scrollbar back down to the place where you left off.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Open a message in a window, and scroll down past the first page
2. Allow a new message to be received (either by manually clicking the
send/receive button, or allowing the timed receive function to occur
3. Notice how your location has been reset

Actual Results:
Your current position in the email is lost, and you must search for it again

Expected Results:
Receiving a new message should not reset the display of the currently
viewed message

How often does this happen?
whenever a new message is received (whether manually or automatically)
