Description Ben Liblit 2001-07-22 00:31:00 UTC
The "View -> Hide Read messages" menu item should be disabled if there are
no read messages in the currently open folder. That might be because the
folder is empty, or it might just be because all messages are unread.

Existing bug#201749 requests that this menu item be a persistent per-folder
toggle rather than a one-time temporary action. If that request is upheld,
then this bug report should be disregarded. For a persistent toggle, it
does make sense to switch it on and of even if there are no read messages
around at the moment. That is why, for example, the "View -> Hide Deleted
Messages" toggle should always be enabled even if there are no deleted
messages.
