GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 172192
Printing loses line width info
Last modified: 2005-06-09 17:48:43 UTC
Please describe the problem: When printing under Win32, all lines are hairline width. Steps to reproduce: 1. Create a diagram with lines of various widths 2. Print it Actual results: The printout has only very thin lines, regardless of the width in the diagram. Expected results: Lines have the width I or Dia gave them Does this happen every time? Yes Other information:
Time for a release if even the maintainer starts reporting already fixed stuff ? :-) 2004-10-31 Hans Breuer <hans@breuer.org> * plug-ins/wmf/wmf.cpp : patch from Robert Ögren <gtk@roboros.com> to finally fix the long lasting clipping issue, bug #85831 Also fixed the line style issue for printing on XP and don't miss to ReleaseDC()
Sorry, I haven't become able to compile under Win32 yet, and I wanted to be sure this one got fixed, my coworker pointed it out as a reason not to use Dia in favor of (shudder!) Word graphics.
The same coworker desperately needing OLE in his workflow? (shudder;)
Yes, not too keen on having to omve to a different program and reexport files all the time -- esp. since the bounding box of WMF files from Dia is imperfect in Word.
Once more a refernce to an already fixed bug (: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=85831
