Please describe the problem:
When pasting text in the location bar, the smart bookmark list does not pop up.
The work around for this is to add an extra "space" and the list pops up.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Paste text in the location bar
2. 
3. 


Actual results:
Nothing

Expected results:
The smart bookmark list to pop up

Does this happen every time?
Yes
