Description of the crash:
When attempting to print pdf if the job is over a certain size it will
print the first page and jam half way through the second page. Repeated
attempts to priont the job or cancel the job fail with eggcups crashing
most of the time. The print manager is of no help in canceling jobs and
the CUPS browser tool must be used

Steps to reproduce the crash:
1. print pdf job of more than 4 pages
2.
