Description Burov Dmitry 2005-02-10 17:28:54 UTC
1) Gnome 2.8 had adjustable application buttons' width
in Gnome 2.9.91 they are fixed.
Maybe i can change it in registry, but i'd prefer GUI way to set min and max
widths of those buttons, so they would change their widths according to their
number and the with of the panel.

2) i wish i could 'unlock' the panel so that mouse will allow me to drag it's
edge to change it's hight, as i can o with MS Windows taskbar. Default setting
is to be locked.

1) is bug #166605.
2) to change the panel size you have to right-click it and go into properties.
There is a "size" option there. The behavior you propose was already implemented
and rejected some time ago.
