Description Julian Lamb 2004-11-15 00:34:26 UTC
1. Open a new folder (with Icon View selected), and move several audio/video
files into the folder. Nautilus will now start trying to load thumbnails or
MIME-specific icons for each of the files.
2. Right click on a file which does NOT have a thumbnail loaded, and click on
"rename".
3. If the thumbnail or MIME icon is loaded while you are typing in a name, the
renaming process is finished (similar to pressing Enter), even though you are
still typing.
NOTE: this also seems to occur if you are renaming a file OTHER than the first
file in the folder, and the MIME icon for the first icon loads.

This bug is quite noticable if you are renaming entire folders of audio/video
files with Nautilus.
