Hi,
I suggest a very important new fonctionality to organize layers.
When a client ask you to move a group of graphics element it's very hard to
select  all the layer needed and lock to move them.
If you can organize layers in directories simplify the manipulation.
Select the directory and move it upgrade the productivity.

Why not adding a possibility to select a group of layers in "work area" with
dragging and select tool. ("lasso" in french, sorry).
