GTK+ 2.6 will come with a public setting for button ordering (see bug #74669).
The next stable release that depends on GTK+-2.6 should respect this setting. We
will need to investigate if we can find a general solution in GimpDialog or if
we need to touch lots of dialog. But I expect that a lot of users will
appreciate this effort.
