I think it would be nice if Muine remembered if the window is hidden at the end
of session, so it doesn't show up at the next login.

This bug affects me as well. I use the tray icon, leaving Muine's main window hidden most of the time. When I restart my computer, Muine's window is always shown again and I have to manually close it.
