Description Christian Krause 2004-08-04 19:07:25 UTC
- have more than one soundcard
- open gstreamer preferences
- try to configure the Audio Default Sink to a special Alsa device

There is no config option to select a special device.
The Pipeline input field has no meaning without explanation and the Help of
gstreamer-properties has no real content.

We already have widgets for that, but we didn't integrate them yet. Gst-rec
(unreleased, unfortunately; available from GStreamer CVS) has widgets that
autodetect all available devices. See bug #141449 for more information or see
the CVS module for code.
