Description Brad Farris 2004-07-18 18:18:35 UTC
Description of Problem:
Windows has a feature where similar taskbar items
are grouped when the task bar starts to fill up,
just like Gnome. But Windows has a "close group"
feature that lets you right click on a group of
taskbar items and close all of them.

Right now Gnome doesn't do that. If you've got 10
Mozilla windows open and you want to close them
you have to manually close each one. The window
list app should provide an option when
rightclicking on a group of items on the window
list for closing a group of applications.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Provide a group of items in the window list
2. Right click on the group of items
3. Press the Close Group option

Actual Results:
It's not implemented.

Expected Results:
Group of items should all close.

How often does this happen?
Um, never?

There's a patch for this. It will hopefully be applied soon.
