Thanks for the bug report. Unfortunately, that stack trace is not very useful in determining the cause of the crash. Please make sure that gnome-vfs was compiled with debugging symbols and see http://bugzilla.gnome.org/getting-traces.cgi for more information about useful stack traces.

Please don't dup this anymore, almost all of the dups are wrong. It doesn't crash there, that's just what the main thread happens to be doing when it crashes elsewhere:

All the dups crash in some gnome-vfs module (most in sftp, some in http, the original in file).
In fact, not all crashes are in gnome-vfs - Some crashes are from librsvg or libcroco, some are impossible to tell (the crashing thread is missing). It looks like the original bug hasn't been reported for ages.
