Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in
2. Type sitsofe@yahoo.com in the Add CC: box
3. Press the lower most commit button

Expected result:
A page announcing that the bug had been updated successfully

Actual result:
The header of the page loads and the page is annouced as "finished" (spinner
stops) but the usual bug udpated message is not printed and shift refreshing the
bug does not show the added email address

sitsofe: are you getting anything other than the header? I think maybe this is a
dup of 139195, but I'm not sure. [This was filed first, but you know what I mean.]
