Description Ken Deeter (Kentarou Shinohara) 2004-04-05 05:11:28 UTC
It would be nice if the location field of both dialogs havd browser-like history
completion. It would be nice if it could also do auto-completion based on
context, but I won't ask for too much.

Also, it would be nice if somehow a user didn't have to know ahead of time what
kinds of url's (i.e. gnome-vfs methods) are supported, or there exact syntax. As
a user who is accustomed to KDE's URI's it takes a lot of trial and error, and I
can't tell if I'm just messing up the syntax or if the error is elsewhere. Maybe
some kind of wizard or dialog that helps construct a URI from parameters (like
method from a drop down box, server, user, etc.) would be helpful.

This is a dup of both bug 139105 and bug 133583.
