If you activate the gesture mode by holdning the middle mouse button down,
and an alert pops up that a page could not be found, you can't press the
"okay" button, as your pointer is a pencil, and the entire Gnome is locked.

Switching to text mode and "killall galeon-bin" is then the only way out.
