IRC Log of discussion related to launcher meny item

General Summary -
    Change the name to: Zip Creator
    Change menu group from Accessories to System Tools

We forgot to talk about the comment.  The comment is displayed as a
tooltip when the mouse pointer is over the menu item. At the moment it
reads "Handle compressed archive". 

I known that you guys do not like it :), so we need a better one.

What do you think of: "Create and Open Zips and other Archive files",
I hope that isn't too wordy.  Lets go with that unless we can come up
with anything else.

We should also look at changing the icon for this, since the bulldozer
is appropriate for file-rolling, but not for compressed files.
