A lot of the stations are still out of date...

I think we can close this since stations are just an addon and no real necessarity.

Ok I spent some time and converted the amaroK Cool-Streams file into a Rhythmbox
file (unfortunately there is a small problem that I report in another bug since
it's a new bug). Please if possible commit this one to CVS.

Ok I spent some time converting amaroK's Cool-Streams file to the rhythmdb.xml
format. The first new attachment shows it in action with Rhythmbox CVS HEAD
(PNG) and the other file is the full XML file with the entries.
