What version of GStreamer are you using? Can you reliably reproduce this with a particular mp3?
From the gst_mad_update_info function call (picked up by the simple-dup-finder), this bug may be related to bug 122996.
Bug 127830 looks like it might be a duplicate of this bug.
This looks exactly like a problem that was fixed in GStreamer 0.8.0, so closing. Please reopen if you can reproduce when using Rhythmbox 0.7.x (soon 0.8.0). *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 120125 ***
