The recent patches released us from maintaince horror,
but we still can't do a `make dist`.

upgrading several packages ( I typed `apt-get update ; apt-get upgrade` )
And are able to do a `make dist`.
Setting status to RESOLVED, will CLOSE the bug when there is 
a new tarball released.

8 october there was conglemerate-0.7.5,
so a `make dist` is confirmed to work.

bug 125646 is a simular bug.

Bug #125785 and bug #125787 learned me today that
this bug was closed way toooo early.
