Description:

 workspace movement is done through CTRL + ALT + arrow keys, work space 
switch  action is not sending any events to screen reader. 

With the following steps the problem can be reproduced.


1. Login to gnome session, & open pdf file viewer, terminal etc.

2. press " ctrl + alt + arrow ( left / right , for every  key press work 
space switch takes place.

3. But, It do not send any events to screen reader.  Hence, it is 
difficult for blind person to use this function.
