Description of Problem:
I did not even touch the panel. Was browsing using mozilla 1.4 on redhat
8 (up to date).  Clicked on a cached page from google and was scrolling
down using the mouse wheel. Xmms was running the background, as was
gaim.

Next thing I know, there is a request to submit a bug report on screen.
