Comment 1 Elijah Newren 2003-04-23 18:15:46 UTC
Appears to be a unique stack trace, according to the
simple-dup-finder.  Setting version->2.2.x, marking severity->critical
(it's a crasher), adding GNOMEVER2.2 and bugsquad keywords, and
marking as new.
Comment 2 Elijah Newren 2003-05-08 18:56:51 UTC
Although the stack trace appears to be a litle bit different, I think
this may be related to bug 107741 (nautilus crashes if smb server goes
down).
Comment 3 Ondrej Svetlik 2003-05-09 08:11:41 UTC
Yes, it may be related, but my server was up.

Comment 5 Elijah Newren 2003-05-13 06:12:11 UTC
Ondrej: The smb server doesn't necessarily have to be down for 107741
to be triggered. It's just known that if the connection somehow
stalls or is cut then further navigation attempts will cause nautilus
to crash. Basically, we need someone more expert than me (perhaps a
maintainer of the code) to compare the stack traces and determine if
these two bugs are the same or not.

Comment 7 Elijah Newren 2003-06-09 05:22:55 UTC
This is a crasher bug and someone else has gotten the same stack
trace, so I'm going to mark priority->high. Perhaps a maintainer will
be able to tell whether this might be a dup of 107741 or not.

Should we close this as a duplicate of #107741 if nobody can reproduce
this with the latest gnome-vfs-extras?
