Currently, when you open a new tab.  You have to then click on the Location
bar to enter the URL.  While this is minor, it is probably the most
intuitive thing to have the cursor immediately focus on the Location bar so
that right after you hit CTRL+T, you can type your URL in.

Hopefully that makes some sense. :)
