Description Jonathan Schatz 2002-12-10 23:58:58 UTC
This may be similar to 82132, but I'm not sure that covers the problem I see.
In galeon 1.2.x, when I used ctrl+t to open a new tab, keyboard focus went
directly to the url field so that i could type in the url of the new page i
wanted to visit. Now (using HEAD from cvs), ctrl+t opens a new tab, brings
the main screen to the new tab, but doesn't give me focus on the url bar.
Now it takes two actions to open a webpage manually in a new tab.

This is obviously not a showstopper at all, but I really liked the old
behavior. Am i missing a pref setting somewhere, or is this a feature?

Currently it just doesnt focus anywhere which is equally bad

This used to be working, I'm almost certain of it. Blame mozilla :)

The reference patch in bug 72125 fixes this problem, so this is a dup
of that one (once that is fixed we don't need to do any more work) so
mark it as a proper dup.
