Package: gnome-panel Severity: normal Version: GNOME2.2.1 2.2.1 os_details: Gentoo Linux Synopsis: Deleting the menu panel causes gnome-panel to crash Bugzilla-Product: gnome-panel Bugzilla-Component: Panel BugBuddy-GnomeVersion: 2.0 (2.2.0.1) Description: Description of Problem: Right clicking the menu panel in a new GNOME session and selecting 'delete' will crash the gnome-panel process as soon as you confirm deletion. Changing the gconf key 'confirm delete' evades this behavior. Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Start GNOME as a new user. 2. Delete the menu panel. 3. Confirm deletion. Actual Results: GNOME panel crashes. Expected Results: The menu panel should be deleted. How often does this happen? Every time.
