Description of Problem:

Right clicking the menu panel in a new GNOME session and selecting
'delete' will crash the gnome-panel process as soon as you confirm
deletion. Changing the gconf key 'confirm delete' evades this behavior.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.  Start GNOME as a new user.
2.  Delete the menu panel.
3.  Confirm deletion.

Actual Results:

GNOME panel crashes.

Expected Results:

The menu panel should be deleted.

How often does this happen?

Every time.

Looks like a new trace, can anyone else reproduce with a new version
of 2.2.x?
