Description Benjamin Otte (Company) 2002-12-06 21:02:04 UTC
steps to reproduce:
1) Activate an Item in the List View by single clicking on it.
2) Double click on the filename of the selected item.

expected behaviour:
Nautilus opens the file with the default method, doing the same as when
double clicking anywhere else.

observed behaviour:
Nautilus opens a field for renaming the file as it will (and should) do
when you single click.

Note:
As far as I understood bug 83552, that one is related to whether renaming
should be as easy as it is and is different to this bug.
