Evolution's "New" button looks wrong. When you hover the cursor over it and it goes to a prelight state, it's noticeable how both the envelope icon, the "New" word and the downwards arrow look misaligned, like they're not properly centered in the button.

I'm attaching two images: a screenshot, and a mockup showing how it should look.

It's a custom icon.  In 2.25 we'll be discarding it in favor of a standard GtkMenuToolButton.  See http://www.go-evolution.org/KillBonobo for a preview.

The "kill-bonobo" branch has been merged into "master" and will debut as Evolution 2.29.1.  We believe the branch has addressed the reported issue.  If you find the issue still exists in version 2.29 or later please feel free to re-open this bug.
