Note: I believe this to actually be the very same crash as bug 426807, which got a whopping 180(!) duplicates. Priority Urgent. Also, bug 464159 may be another set of duplicates. Possibly Pango?
looks like fedora only so far.

This is a crasher which has very many duplicates. But only on fedora so far! And only on Evo 2.10 This bug may be related to all those weird glib/pango crashers like bug 489113 or bug 464159 or those "crash in 3x??" bugs.

Dear Reporter, could you please set the environment variable G_SLICE to "debug-blocks", it might help to narrow down the actual problem.

Hi, I can't make this crash any more. I've installed regular updates so I've tried with the following setups:- evolution 2.10.3 Fedora 7 kernel 2.6.22.6-1.rt9.5.fc7.ccrmart evolution 2.10.3 Fedora 7 kernel 2.6.23.1-21.fc7 I've also tried the latest evolution that comes with Fedora 8:- evolution 2.12.1 Fedora 8 kernel 2.6.23.8-63.fc8 evolution 2.12.1 Fedora 8 kernel 2.6.21-2952.fc8xen Regards John.

Is this valid on 2.12? I see only fedora/2.10. If it buried or fixed in 2.12, not work keeping it IMO.
If bug 472271 is a dup of this one, we have a 2.12 crasher on Arch linux instead of fedora. If it's not, then it might surely be an fedora bug which is fixed by now. Maybe it was bug 447591.
Tobial, I dont think bug 472271 is dupe of this but bug 430369.
Oh sure... I mixed up the bugs -.- sorry for the noise.
Well, I haven't seen any non fedora crasher yet. And those other bugs as bug 464159 or bug 442030 of the same type are likely to be the fedora specific bug 447591 where GLib-GObject-WARNING **: gsignal.c:1669: signal `source_selected' is invalid for instance indicates some memory corruption. Thus there is unique trace which indicates that bug. Hence I think this is bug 447591 as well. 3 out of 4 dups have 'source_selected' in .xsession-errors...
