This will be a tracker for libwnck drag and drop bugs, either to the tasklist or
the pager (i.e. workspace switcher).  I'll start it off by adding the following
dependencies in a minute:

 91406 - drag-and-hover over tasklist group button doesn't do anything
 95614 - drag-and-hover over pager doesn't switch workspaces
 96675 - drag-and-drop from tasklist to pager would be cool
109677 - drag-and-drop onto tasklist should be same as DND onto app window
128664 - drag-and-drop doesn't seem to work (despite claims in 80736/91406)
143857 - drag _an actual window_ and hover over pager

Bug 302398 - allow reordering of winlist buttons. This bug has a patch that
starts to implement DnD from/to tasklist widget. I think with it it's much
easier to implement it.
