The stack trace looks somewhat similar to the one in bug 105802, but
I'm not sure whether it might be a duplicate or not. Other than that,
the simple-dup-finder doesn't list any potential duplicates. Setting
version->2.2.x, adding GNOMEVER2.2 and bugsquad keywords, and marking
as new.
Comment 2 John Fleck 2003-04-03 14:25:55 UTC
See also bug 109853, which came in as a Nautilus bug with an identical
stack trace on a new RH9 installation.

Bug 111883, said that "Gnome panel crashes when logging in under
Redhat 9.0. This is with a clean install."

This is a gnome-vfs bug.

If you can reproduce this, on a standard install of Red Hat Linux 9,
please install the following RPMs and report the backtrace into bug
111147 (http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=111147). This will
help us track down the problem.

http://people.redhat.com/alexl/RPMS/fam-debuginfo-2.6.8-9.i386.rpm
http://people.redhat.com/alexl/RPMS/gnome-vfs2-debuginfo-2.2.2-4.i386.rpm

Note these RPMs are only for Red Hat Linux 9.
