1. From Menu, click on Desktop properties -
Keyboard properties or Theme
items 

Actual Results:
none

Expected Results:
the start of gnome-keybinding-properties
or gnome-keybinding-properties

How often does this happen? 
Everytime

for gnome-theme-manager gdb says (after 2 minutes
of inactivity and a ctrl-c):

This bug seems to be a duplicate of bug 103797.

Reporter, could you try upgrading to gnome-vfs 2.2.1, this should fix
the problem..
